HERE'S MY PHILOSOPHY ON HOW TO OPTIMIZE HEALTH AND WELLNESS & GET YOUR OUT OF JAIL FREE CARD...
When you restrict your thinking or make choices that keep you stuck or angry or poor and refuse to take responsibility for your actions or follow your inner guide, you have placed yourself in jail. It’s not a physical jail, but one that is nevertheless confining. And in some sense more confining because the only person that can reduce your sentence to the life you are leading is you.
In a physical jail, there are people who give you a time-out period, a structure that regulates every physical aspect of your life. You are told and directed when to eat, when to go to sleep, when to exercise, who you may associate with, when others on the outside may visit you and under what circumstances you may obtain extra privileges, such as a work furlough or attending a class. You are also told under when you may leave, i.e. the terms of your sentence, or in other circumstances, that you may be here for the rest of your life. You are serving time until you are released and allowed to change your physical location and being given another chance to allow time to serve you.
In the other type of jail, the one that you have placed yourself in voluntarily, you are both jailer and inmate. When, what, how, why and to what degree you conduct yourself, make changes or release yourself is up to you. If you want to punish yourself and add another addiction or two, it’s your choice …. because it’s your time and money. Likewise, if you wish to release yourself to create abundance, peace, love, joy and well-being, it’s your choice too. See you decide the terms and freedoms you wish … and the consequences from those choices.
