Dear Reader,

MAKE MINE WITH SERENDIPITY AND TWO SQUIRTS OF HAPPINESS

Each day, the Universe presents us with many gifts and opportunities to change our lives, increase our joy, abundance and health and to resist sticking with our old patterns. How it often happens can be defined as Serendipity.

The Merriam- Webster dictionary defines Serendipity as the faculty or phenomenon of finding valuable or agreeable things not sought for.  I prefer to define it as a happiness moment touching the depths of your soul when you least expect it.  A chance meeting that leads to a lasting friendship;  the four-leaf clover found on your way to work is the precursor to the raise or promotion received two hours later; the server at the restaurant says  “dessert is on us”; your boyfriend popped the question during intermission at your favorite ballet.

How can you attract Serendipity to expand your horizons?  Simple – be open to the infinite possibilities of the Universe.  Be willing to take chances to learn and prosper, even if the end result is failure.  Allow your senses and gut feelings to direct you. Order that hot fudge sundae and eat it before the main course.  Call someone you haven’t seen in 10 years and say “ I love you”.  Celebrate Christmas in July. If you have a bunch of stuff in your attic you haven’t looked at for two years, rummage through it.  You might find a missing treasure or a picture that will bring a smile to your face.  Maybe there's some love letters Grandpa sent to Grandma when they were courting.  Go ahead.  Read them and I'll bet you'll learn something that will give you a serendipity moment and touch your heartstrings.  

In October, 2013 in Rhinebeck, New York, I experienced a Serendipity moment.  

I had enrolled for an Intensive 5 day workshop on Past-Life Regression taught by Dr, Brian Weiss.  There were going to be 125 people from all five continents.  The first morning session consists of every person standing up and introducing themselves.  Since my signature presentation is gifting, I thought I might bring gifts for everyone in the class (maybe they might relate to one of their past lives).  That would mean 125 wrapped gifts.

Get ready to let Serendipity enter your life.
