Dear Reader,

HERE'S MY PHILOSOPHY TO ATTRACT SOUL MATES, TWIN SOULS AND OTHER COMMITTED RELATIONSHIPS

Love has dominated our thoughts and actions since the beginning of time.  Some may say survival, but is not survival based on how much we love ourselves, those around us and the bounty provided by the Universe?  We learn to survive, thrive and become wealthy in body and spirit based on the love we give and the love we receive. 

Now there are others who would disagree.  Yet history shows us that without love for oneself and others, a person or civilization is doomed to failure and destruction.

 The Glory of Rome – no more.  The ancient Babylonians – disappeared from the face of the earth.  The almighty Pharoahs and their civilization – their tombs plundered, their civilization extinct and their antiquities sitting in museums.  If one believes in the legends of Atlantis – their civilization and accomplishments drowned in the ocean and no visible written memories.

WHY?

Love was the reason for the accomplishments of the above civilizations and the failure to love unconditionally the bounty, wisdom and knowledge provided for all was the reason for the demise.  Instead of allowing their thoughts, actions and words to be in order and flow from the heart, their leaders used their power for greed, prestige and domination thereby promoting pettiness, envy and fear to their constituents which then produced chaos and disruption leading to destruction.

So, these examples are guideposts for ourselves today.  The Universe bestows this gift and most of us do not know how to use it or freeze when there is a lifetime opportunity to have the greatest love experience of our life.  Because we place conditions and wants and gotta haves and entitlements on what is received instead of returning love back unconditionally to the source that bestowed it upon us.

So we study love, romance and sex; read books after books and columns, even consult our astrology charts; attend lectures, workshops and demonstrations; scour the internet for the best advice or latest gadget to enhance our love life.  And many of us remain stuck, looking for the magic or the missing ingredient and latest buzz word that is sure to attract the love of our life.

We know so much and yet we know so little.

How then, do we break this cycle of desiring love and yet when the answers are so close and the solution is at hand, sabotaging our efforts.  Because we make love conditional – I will give you this if you give me that. What we think and do and act are off-kilter and not in sync.

 “Here are your flowers … now where is my dinner, a kiss on the cheek and perhaps afterward” … “ I am giving you the best years of my life, so please don’t complain about my bill at Neiman-Marcus.” “I’m just too tired and besides, Sex and the City has a special tell-all tonight.” “The guys are going to the bar tonight to see all the hot chicks.  Want to come along.” 

The answer is: looking at the You that you have created through the use of your thoughts, words and actions.  Doing what is asked and not expecting anything back in return.  Giving first instead of waiting to receive.  Being open to receive and letting your soul and spirit respond instead of your lower chakras and your mind.  Looking at love providing you with the opportunity to grow and experience instead of having a conquest and then going on to another one.  Looking at love as a Gift from the Creator instead of payment in kind for a good deed you did two years ago.

Whatever your views and beliefs about love, at some point in your life you will be faced with an opportunity to expand your horizons and experience feelings, emotions, thoughts, energies and vibrations that will touch every cell in your body and resonate throughout you entire physical, mental, emotional and spiritual being.  It will be an opportunity for you to connect with another that will provide a completeness, a knowing that you are indeed most loved and deserving with another and to create a state of bliss, beauty and bounty with the Divine. 

That event or state has been called by many names:  twin souls, twin flames, soul-mates, life-mates, beshert, loveof your life, true love and ________________(You fill it in).

The purpose of this book is to prepare you for that event.  It will come when you least expect it and not as you have scripted it.  It may also come to assist you in taking your committed relationship to a new level.   Could it be that your life-mate is also your twin flame?

Even if you believe you are now with your soul-mate and happily in relationship, the Universe can bring forth another that will move challenge your complacency and change your world forever– could be your twin soul, another soul-mate from the past or someone who will have a profound impact on your future.  

While written in autobiographical fashion, the author remains anonymous to preserve the privacy of the individuals involved and the integrity of the relationship.  In this way, the author believes you will learn and discover new insights into the ever changing paradigm of love relationships, some of which are ancient wisdom and some which may be new age. 

It is in this vein that I have written this book – to give you a first-hand account of what can happen to you and how your life may change direction with the emergence of a twin soul, a soul-mate or someone from a past-life experience.  You feel you’ve known this person before and something inside clicks though you are already in a loving and committed relationship. 

Our fictional author who had no doubts before is presented with a dilemma.  What do I do when I thought I had all the answers?  Why has this happened?  How do I handle it? 

As to the whys and hows and reasons, the Universe has all the answers, so the author’s speculations are only just those and I urge you to avoid your judgments.  While the book’s focus is on a male in his middle ages married for over 20 years to his soul mate and then meets his twin flame who is 20 years younger, this scenario can also happen to men and woman of all ages and backgrounds. Especially vulnerable are successful men or women who have reached a pinnacle in their career, have attained financial security, celebrity status or notoriety and are still reaching for the stars or have decided to remain complacent.  Equally vulnerable is the millennial and entrepreneurial generation who question the past decisions of their elders. the challenges brought about by the speed and ever-changing landscape of today’s technology and scientific advances that fail to produce happiness and contentment.  Artificial Intelligence (AI) is no substitute for soul-driven decision making.

This is not another book about love triangles, romance novels or growing out of a relationship. Rather it illustrates all of us can have multiple committed relationships, expand our horizons, look at love as multi-dimensional, remain physically monogamous, and begin to understand unconditional love. There are others out there who can increase your understanding of the joys and benefits of unconditional love and touch your soul in ways never thought possible.

We are all unique in our own special ways.  I can only conclude that the Universe presented me with a gift, one either that I had desired or the Universe decided to bestow upon me somewhere, somehow in my journey through life, to awaken me from my complacency or maybe for the purpose of writing and sharing this journey with you the reader.  By purchasing this book, maybe you have some unanswered questions or thoughts or are stuck in place.  While I cannot guarantee your reaction, all I know is that if it happened to me, then I know it can happen to you.  By joining me as I describe the thoughts, feelings, emotions and events, you can be encouraged to accept and regard everything in your life as a sacred blessing.  Know that whatever your thoughts about love and loving relationship are, there is so much more out there for you to absorb and experience.
